Dear members,
First of all we would like to thank you for your help and cooperation throughout the past season. The performance of our waterpolo teams was satisfactory and the club managed to add a major honour to its tally thanks to our first team’s victory in the Second Division. Our swimming school also proved to be very popular once again. Also be informed that the committee will be addressing a number of issues in order to improve the club’s bar and premises during the next season.
Our end-of-season event will be held at The Westin Hotel on Saturday 14th October from 20:30 onwards. The menu, which is included with this circular, will be offered at a price of LM10, whilst a children’s menu will be available for LM4.50. A welcome drink is included, water will be served at table and other drinks/wine will be on offer at a reduced price from the Westin’s bar. Those who attend may avail themselves of free parking within the Dragonara grounds in the ‘Medbar’ parking area. Cars are to enter from the Casino gate and this parking just opposite the Reef Club. The banquet hall is accessible from the Westin’s foyer.
During this event we will present medals to all the players who played for the club, both at junior and senior level, as well as to the children who attended the swimming school. You may book for the event by contacting the following committee members. Please note that bookings must reach committee members by Thursday 12th October.
