Exiles  gave a hard time to neighbours Sliema when they met earlier tonight at the National Pool with the Blues just disposing of their less-quoted opponents 9-6.

Undoubtedly, Sliema started as favourites, having played an excellent match against San Giljan less than seventy two hours earlier, but their poor finishing inspired a collective Exiles which could not be shaken off.
