Exiles Sports Club offers a number of advertising opportunities to suit a company's marketing requirements and budget. One may advertise on most of our pages within the website. Advertising is in the form of banner ads or feature ads which may include a link to your company's website or may include an email link.

The banner ads on offer are the following:
(1) Top banner ads (480 x 60 pixels)
(2) Bottom banner ads
(3) Left or right side banner ads (120 x 60 pixels)
(4) Feature ad with a link to a detailed page/part page

(1) Top banner ads (480 x 60 pixels)
Advertisers can purchase a static or animated ad, inclusive of a link to their company website or possibly an email-link to their company's main email address. The ad will be in place for one year (example above) on the selected page (at the top of the page) within the website. The cost to the advertiser is a one-time charge of Lm15.00 (fifteen Maltese Lira, eqvt EUR 35.60) subject to 18% VAT (not included). The cost includes the preparation of a standard animated Giff, based on materials supplied by the advertiser; images, jpg, gif files, text, etc. The advertiser can send his own pre-desiged banner, so long that this conforms to: size 480 x 60 pixels and not be larger than 20K.

(2) Bottom banner ads
Advertisers can purchase a static or animated ad, inclusive of a link to their company website or possibly an email-link to their company's main email address. The ad will be in place for one year on the selected page (at the bottom of the page) The cost to the advertiser is a one-time charge of Lm15.00 (fifteen Maltese Lira, eqvt EUR 35.60) subject to 18% VAT (not included). The cost includes the preparation of a standard animated Giff, based on materials supplied by the advertiser; images, jpg, gif files, text, etc. The advertiser can send his own pre-desiged banner, so long that this conforms to: size 480 x 60 pixels and not be larger than 20K.

(3) Left or right side banners (120 x 60 pixels)
This type of banner will be placed in the left hand side or right hand side margin of a page. The ad may include a link to their company website or possibly an email-link to their company's main email address. The ad will be in place for one year on the selected page (on the left or right hand side). The charge to the advertiser is Lm7.00 (seven Maltese Lira, eqvt EUR 16.60) subject to 18% VAT (not included). The cost includes the preparation of a standard animated Giff, based on materials supplied by the advertiser; images, jpg, gif files, text, etc. The advertiser can send his own pre-desiged banner, so long that this conforms to: size 120 x 60 pixels and not be larger than 20K.

(4) Feature ad
A feature ad can be considered as a page which can be placed within the website, however, this page will not be in the style of the website but specific to the advertiser. Users get to this page via a simple link (including a short description) This feature page ad should include images and text in the ratio of 70:30, text:images. This feature ad page should be designed with the sole scope of enriching the website, hence, should include a theme which is an integral part of the website. For example advertising an energy sports drink, and introducing this drink with an interview of some famous waterpolo player. Hence the main item being 'sports' and the theme congruent with the website.

(5) Additional notes
The prices supplied are excluding VAT, currently at 18%.
Banner ads will be placed on 'standard' pages. Premium pages, such as the 'home page' or 'primary page' to a main topic, such as the fixtures page, will incur an additional cost.
The conditions to the placement of banner ads and feature ads are outlined in the agreement which will have to be signed and agreed to by each advertiser.
The Exiles Sports Club decision in any decisions/disputes will be final, and no litigation can be entertained.
