If you do not want to grant Exiles SC the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to exiles.com.mt.

Further to paragraph 10, by submitting your contribution to exiles.com.mt, you: warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the Exiles SC for all the purposes specified above; is not defamatory; and does not infringe any law; and indemnify the Exiles SC against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the Exiles SC as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and 10.3 waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on exiles.com.mt and the purposes specified above.

Should any part, term or condition of these ‘Conditions of Use’ be declared invalid, void or unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these conditions are intended to be effective, all remaining parts terms and provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be invalidated, impaired or affected thereby.

These ‘Conditions of Use’ shall be governed by and constructed and enforced in accordance with and subject to the laws of Malta.
