When in ten days’ time, the midnight bells chime on the 31st December 2016, heralding the New Year, Exiles Sports Club will be entering into its fiftieth anniversary of its foundation. It was in fact in 1967 that the Club was founded by a group made up of sixth form students, the bulk of which attended St Aloysius College and a few  young aquaintances from other schools.

The present Committee under the guidance of President Andrew Paris, intends launching a programme of diverse activities spread throughout the calendar year to mark this golden milestone in the Club’s history. More details relating to the series of events are expected to be made public in the next few days when an official announcement by the Club including  the full programme  of the activities linked to the forthcoming historical year is rolled out.

On Sunday the 8th January 2017 a Press Conference will be hosted by the Club at 10.00 hours and addressed by the President Andrew Paris. The first two items on the agenda will be the official launch of the 50th anniversary logo and the publication of the activities marking this historical event for the Club.
