EXILES SC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2014

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday October 26th at 10:00 am at the club’s premises. According to the statute, if no quorum is present the meeting will start at 10.30 hrs. The agenda is as follows:

1. Minutes of the AGM 2013
2. President’s address
3. Secretarial Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Appointment of auditors
6. Amendments to the club statute
7. Other matters
8. Election of committee 2014-2015

Nominations for prospective committee members and amendments to the statute must reach the club secretary, Mr. Mark Vassallo, 43 Flat 5, Triq Sir George Borg, Sliema SLM 1962, by Thursday 23rd October at 20.00 hours.
