Partial scores (4-0) (3-1) (3-1) (1-3)

Tonight, Exiles finished their commitments in the Enemed Cup with a well merited win over the Citizens who were rattled by a referee’s decision taken barely 30 seconds in the first quarter when their centre man, Peter Borg was red-carded.

Igor Vukanovic’s Boys were in the driving seat and by the third session they built an unassailable lead of eight goals (10-2) which was reduced to six at the final horn after the Serbian Coach drafted more youngsters in the water. Regular goalkeeper Matthew Castillo was back between the posts and has not lost his sharpness during his absence through an injury.

Exiles finished in the 5th place in the overall classification and now await the start of the Winter League on Friday the 22nd March 2019 when in the opening match of the League, they play Neptunes at 19.30 hours at the National Pool Complex.

Details of scorers to follow shortly.
