Farewell Niki

Exiles 1990

Niki Soler lost his battle with life when last night, the 26th July 2019, just after 22.00 hours, he passed away at Mater Dei Hospital.

Niki formed part of the Exiles first team between 1988 and 1990 before joining  Sliema the following season 1991 to win the First Division Double with the Blues. In 1989, he had helped Exiles lift the Second Division Championship Trophy.

Together with his late father Ray, Niki was a benefactor of the Club through their business Yellow Pages.

Niki is survived by his two children, Miguel and Jacques, his mother Mary Anne and his brother Kurt to whom the Club’s deepest sympathy and condolences go.

May he rest in peace.
