The Aquatic Sports Association earlier this morning announced by means of a circular bearing today’s date 10th September that Kendra Navarro, Exiles’ utility player will be awarded the Waterpolo Player of the year for the season 2017.
Hard-working Kendra is one of the players on whom Exiles’ Coach Gordon Zammit built this year’s winning team that convincingly ran away with the Ladies championship – the second consecutive one.
The official presentation of the award is expected to be made tomorrow evening just after the Ladies Knock-Out Final at the National Swimming Pool Complex at 18.30 hours.
The Club President and his Committee had congratulated Kendra on last year’s achievement and would like to wish her and her team mates future successes in the sport they like most.
