The Committee is pleased to announce that the Club has signed National Swimming team member Matthew Zammit.  Matthew’s favourite races are the shortest ones in the pool, the 50 metres freestyle and the 100 metres freestyle of which he is the current National record holder of both distances, established in October 2016 in Manchester. He also formed part of the relay teams holding the national records for freestyle and medley for 50 metres. At present he is pursuing his studies as a physiotherapist, following his father’s footsteps.

On his visits to Malta he will give a hand to the Exiles Aqua Academy.

The Club wishes to welcome once again Matthew, having made his first strokes as a ten-year old at Exiles.
