Sandro Vukovic passed away on the 18th October 2016 at the age of 68 years. Il-Vuko, as he was affectiontly known with his team-mates, featured in the first waterpolo team when Exiles made their debut in the Second Division League Competition on the 12th July 1970. Sandro started his waterpolo career with Sliema where he played with the Minor string before taking up a regular place at Exiles. In 1978, Sandro signed for Marsascala and remained active for a couple of seasons before retiring from the game.
By profession, Sandro was a banker.
To his wife Pamela and two sons Sean and Nikolai, the President and Committee of the Club would like to express their deepest sympathy and coney their respective condolences.
